Late Policy
-If you’re 15 min late to your appointment deposit is kept &
Appointment is Canceled.

Please understand that not showing up to your appointment without proper notice is taking time away from other clients, it's money out of the artist's pocket, and it's disrespectful to the artist's time.

The artist cannot risk running late to the following clients. Please plan accordingly. Give yourself time to drive and find the location, especially if you are traveling from out of town.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING:

- After 72 hours cancellation results in a 50% charge of service
-No show charge is 100% of service .

-Clients can reschedule their appointment one time with a 72 hour notice.

-After 72 hours, a new deposit is required to reschedule. No call, no shows are no longer able to book with resilience brows.

Brow Models :

Please note: This policy only applies to individuals who have been specifically chosen as brow models and with whom we have already communicated and confirmed their participation.

Requirements:

1. Content Flexibility:

• Models must be comfortable with the planned procedures and content creation activities during their appointment.

2. Photography and Videography:

• Models must consent to having their photos and videos taken throughout the process. These materials will be used for promotional and educational purposes.

3. Dress Code:

• We ask all models to wear neutral-colored clothing to maintain a consistent and professional aesthetic in our content.

4. Makeup:

• Models should arrive with light makeup. Please bring extra makeup for any necessary touch-ups during the session.

Additional Charges:

• Models who do not adhere to the above requirements will incur an additional charge of 50% of the service fee. This charge will be applied to ensure that we can maintain the quality and consistency of our content.

By participating as a model, you agree to comply with these requirements. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us create beautiful content.

Training Terms and Policy:

1. Booking & Payment Requirements

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in the training class.

• No deposit is required if you choose to use a financing option.

• The remaining balance must be paid one week before the class date unless financing is used. Failure to complete the payment by this time may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least two weeks prior to the scheduled class. Rescheduling requests made within less then two weeks of the class will not be accepted.

• The class is non-refundable if a live model is not booked for your practical session within 7-14 days after the class. Rescheduling will not be permitted under these circumstances.

3. Live Model Requirements

• A live model is required to complete the hands-on portion of the training.

• Models must be booked within 7-14 days post-training.

• The live model session will require a 4-hour commitment to ensure sufficient time for practice and guidance.

4. Refund Policy

• All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable. No exceptions will be made for cancellations, missed classes, or failure to book a live model within the required timeframe.

5. Liability & Commitment

• By enrolling in this class, you agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in loss of your training slot without a refund.
